Return & Exchange Period

Products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or from the date of delivery (for online orders).

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Maison Pink reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Please note:

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy after delivery.

Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Maison Pink will cover the return shipping costs.
