Surface Construction – Built to Last
At the core of the Squaro is an 18mm High-Density MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard) tabletop, selected specifically for its superior structural integrity and surface consistency.
The 18mm panel thickness strikes the ideal balance between rigidity and weight, thick enough to resist warping and long-term deformation under daily load, yet manageable enough for easy relocation. The Sonoma Oak wood-effect finish is applied with high-resolution texture printing, accurately replicating the natural grain and tonal variation of real oak wood without the maintenance demands of solid timber.
The surface features a scratch-resistant, easy-clean laminate coating that repels everyday spills and surface abrasion. Uniform edge finishing ensures clean, sharp lines on all four sides, maintaining the premium aesthetic even at close range.
Frame & Legs – Precision-Engineered Metal Base
The table stands on four tapered conical metal legs finished in a matte black powder-coat. The engineering behind them is just as important as the visual impact they deliver.
The conical taper geometry means each leg narrows progressively from top to base, distributing load efficiently while reducing visual bulk beneath the tabletop. The powder-coat matte black finish provides corrosion resistance and a uniform surface that maintains its appearance over extended use. Leg mounting points are reinforced to ensure complete stability and maximum load-bearing performance, even on slightly uneven flooring.
The slim-profile leg design keeps the visual footprint light, preserving a sense of openness in smaller rooms while delivering a bold industrial-chic aesthetic. Adjustable floor protector caps are fitted at the base of each leg to prevent floor scratching and allow minor levelling adjustments.
